Refunds/Returns

At APetsPlanet, we value your satisfaction and want to ensure you and your furry angel are happy with your purchase. That's why we offer a 30-day guarantee on all our products! If, for any reason, you're not completely satisfied, you may return your item within 30 days from the order date, for a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with all items included, and in its original packaging. 
You'll need to include proof of purchase (order number/receipt)

Damages, or issues:

Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if your item was delivered defective, damaged, or if you received the incorrect item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right for you!

Exchanges:

For exchanges, please contact us regarding the reason for the exchange, and include which product you are wanting to exchange yours with. Returned items must be in their original condition (unused, and in its original packaging) Shipping fees may apply.

Refunds:

We will contact you once we have received your return, and inspected it to ensure the item is in refundable condition. We will let you know if your item is approved for a refund or not. If approved you'll be immediately refunded to your original payment method. This can take up to 7 days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
